Full Job Description
- Providing a first line response via telephone, email and desk side to internal staff
- Resolving technical issues or escalating to relevant members of the IT team
- Ownership of a call, ensuring you are keeping colleagues fully informed of progress
1st Line level IT experience across Windows/MS Office/MS Exchange - Hardware break-fix knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the team.
- Ability to work as a team player and will have high levels of motivation.
- Good organisational skills.
- Be able to work in busy and fast paced professional environment.
