Full Job Description

  • Providing a first line response via telephone, email and desk side to internal staff

  • Resolving technical issues or escalating to relevant members of the IT team

  • Ownership of a call, ensuring you are keeping colleagues fully informed of progress

    1st Line level IT experience across Windows/MS Office/MS Exchange

  • Hardware break-fix knowledge

  • Strong communication skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the team.

  • Ability to work as a team player and will have high levels of motivation.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Be able to work in busy and fast paced professional environment.
