Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within our the team for an Administrator to join on a full-time basis. The role will involve, but not be limited to:

  • Answering the phone for the department in a professional, polite manner

  • Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages and information from clients

  • Scanning all post and assign to appropriate files on the case management system

  • Updating case management system with appropriate client data

  • General administration for the department such as electronic and physical filing, typing, printing and photocopying

  • Ensuring business logs are updated daily

  • Dealing with life assurance companies for policy enquiries

    Previous administration experience is required and a financial services background would be advantageous. Competent user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is a must.


  • Good communication skills are essential for this post. The successful candidate will also be well-organised and comfortable working in a team environment.

    The successful candidate will have access to highly confidential information so confidentiality is a must.
