Responsibilities & Skills:

In this dynamic and influential role, here are the key responsibilities you will undertake:

  • This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, they will own programs that run across the broader HR team.

  • Review and analyze business and people metrics and draw insights to understand underlying trends or issues.

  • Build strong relationships with your business leadership team / stakeholders and lead the HR agenda for the relevant function.

  • Collaborate and partner with Country HR partners and People team Centres of Expertise (CoE) (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Organization Effectiveness, Culture and Talent etc.) on projects, programs and business as usual activities

  • Serves as a trusted advisor and confidante to business unit leaders; coaching and consulting with management teams on all people related issues.

  • Partners with BUs in executing all cyclical processes such as talent management, annual compensation, performance management, succession management and Employee Engagement Survey analysis and action planning.

  • Helps maximize the effectiveness of performance management; understands and leverages the linkage of business strategy, individual performance goals, and compensation.

  • Partners with Talent Acquisition on all recruiting and program activities and strategies to ensure positions are filled with top talent in a timely manner.

  • Develops and effectively analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with COEs to develop solutions, programs, and policies to help drive effective business units' decisions on HR matters.


  • SCOPE:
  • Employee Headcount: 550+

  • This role supports the COO and CRO of the Payments Business Unit.

    Bachelor's Degree preferred. Master's degree (e.g. MBA, HR) a plus.

  • A minimum of 7+ years of equivalent work-related experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner.

  • Human Resources knowledge and/or experience in the areas of Employee Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation, and HR Analytics.

  • Expertise in navigating ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy while maintaining a strong focus on data accuracy.

  • Proven record of effectively operating at both a strategic and tactical level and demonstrated ability to manage multiple and diverse issues.

  • Successful track-record of relationship building, problem solving, and demonstrating sound judgment.

  • Experience working as a trusted partner with assigned lines of business. Excellent business acumen, communication, problem solving, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong written, listening, and oral communications skills.

  • Ability to interact and influence others effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficient with MS Office, HR Information Systems, preferably Workday.
