Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

To assess and diagnose within the highly specialist clinical area of the neurodevelopment pathway

To develop and implement highly specialist Speech and Language Therapy treatment and evaluate outcomes

To produce detailed reports reflecting specialist knowledge regarding patients' needs and summarising proposed treatment plans.

To contribute to legal documents such as Education, Health and Care Plans. Annual reviews and individual education plans.

To provide specialist advice to patients, carers and other professionals regarding the management and care of patients with communication difficulties

To demonstrate clinical effectiveness by use of evidence based practice and outcome measures

Do you have an interest in Autism/Social Communication disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions? Do you have or want experience working as part of a Neurodevelopmental assessment team? Would you like to work with Specialist Nurses and other AHPs with access to regular support, supervision, training and flexible working?We are looking for some enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team.
