Head of Product Centre - OTDT

interesting challenge of your career., In this role you will be responsible for the effective delivery of all current Organ and Tissue Donation and Transplantation (OTDT) digital products and services and those that will be designed, developed, and implemented to deliver the transformational changes that will support OTDT's mission to save and improve more lives. The role will be responsible for leading digital service development and therefore accountable throughout the entire product life cycle for OTDT with an impact span across Digital, Data and Technology Services, OTDT and Strategy & Transformation. You will be the main point of escalation for IT related issues that impact OTDT. Your responsibilities will include: Significant senior stakeholder engagement, including members of the Exec Team, NHSBT Board, and OTDT SMT Managing relationships with third parties contracted suppliers and service providers to shape their contribution to the transformation. Line manage, coach and mentor direct reports, and delivery managers and
support the Technical Lead in the leadership of the development and test teams (Approximate total team of 27). As well as the matrix management of project and transformation teams Provide leadership and direction for all technology products in OTDT. Maintain the high-level product and delivery roadmaps. You will be required to travel and spend time away from base, which will involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice.
