We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair services to our clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Your creativity and passion for hair will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable salon experience for our clients., Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable hairstyles or treatments
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and incorporate them into your work
- Assist clients in choosing the right products for their hair care needs
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client's experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and salon areas
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the final result
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive salon environment
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and customer service

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques
- Proficient in barbering techniques for both men and women
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to upsell salon products and services effectively
- Experience in front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Knowledge of makeup application and eyelash extensions is an advantage
