Full Job Description

As Graphic Designer (GD) your role is to coordinate and lead the production of design elements within the project. You are responsible for the quality
throughout the projects and support the delivery of projects within time and budget whilst striving for excellence in creativity, innovation, and productivity.
This role requires high levels of creativity, organisation, communication, and collaboration, working seamlessly with other circles and spaces across the
organisation

Required:

Familiarity with Netex and its products

Awareness of learning principles and how they apply to distance

Comprehensive portfolio of design work. learning.

Demonstrable experience of creative and proactive solutions. Awareness of how AI, authoring tools and other technical solutions are

Ability to collaborate with multiple business functions. used to develop e-learning.

Analytical with a high attention to detail. Advanced use of a range of graphics and animation tools and software,

Comprehensive understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically with animation and 3D experience.

Experience of using different software applications, e.g., Microsoft Personal Attributes:

Experience of critically analysing products

Previous experience coordinating with other graphic designers, Growth Mindset

Excellent prioritisation, organisational and communication skills.
