Graphic Design & Production

You will be working a long side some of the biggest brand names in the UK and the world, assisting in the design, production, distribution and supply of not only their wristbands and lanyards but a large proportion of their marketing material. Privacy is key and a level of professionalism is an absolute must at all times. A typical day could consist of working on clients visuals, creating and designing company related content, editing graphics and images for online use, maintaining or social channels, working on our b2c projects, working in one of our production studios operating printers and presses, assembling product, liaising with clients, discussing their order requirements and playing tug with the dog.

We're a lovely bunch, every Friday we order take away. There is always a selection of Disco, 80s, 90s and all other types of music on the go and there is always one of the dogs relaxing on the sofa.

· Be able to communicate efficiently, politely and directly via email, on the phone and in person.

· Have the ability to switch from a design role - customer liaising - production. (Ability to multitask).

· Be able to work to strict deadlines.

· Drive and have your own vehicle.

· Be confident within yourself and your personal goals & objectives.

· Be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

· Operate with a high level of professionalism.

· Have the constant desire to learn and improve.

· Be of a positive mindset.

· Experience of using Microsoft Office, google sheets & CRM systems

· Proficient in using Adobe & associated softwares

· You must be dog friendly as there are always dogs in the office big and small.

Skills in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Web design - Wix, wordpress etc would be an attractive asset to have but are not essential.,
