Join us as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and unlock exciting opportunities through 4myschools in schools based locally to you 4myschools are work with mainstream and SEN/D schools, as well as Alternative Provisions throughout Essex and Suffolk. We are recruiting TAs and LSAs to provide class and 1:1 basis support for schools within a 10 mile radius from your home address. These are supply opportunities, working with your availability This can be anything from one day, up to 5 days a week. It is totally up to you Working on supply, you will be
building a network within the education sector. This network can open doors to opportunities and mentorship, providing guidance as you navigate your career path. If you are interested in this position but currently have no/minimal experience working with children, please still enquire. 4myschools can provide opportunities to you to shadow an experienced member of staff in a school, on a voluntary capacity to gain experience working in this environment. This is a fantastic way of securing a paid position, if you are new to the sector. What You'll Do Assist teachers to deliver their dynamic lesson plans. Support classroom management by acting as a role model and providing positive reinforcement and guidance Contribute to innovative curriculum development by sharing your observations and insights with your colleagues Provide valuable support to children aged between 4-11, by giving alternative explanations to a learning activity, that incorporate the children's interests

Qualifications Bachelor's degree. It would be advantageous if your degree is in a relevant subject; Childhood studies or SEN for example, but this is not essential. Any degree subject is welcome to apply. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for education required. Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
