GP Partner

The GP Partner will be responsible for delivering the full range of primary care services as part of the practice, ensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of our patient population. The GP Partner will work closely with the practices multi-disciplinary team of other GPs, nurses and non-clinical staff to provide a high quality and accessible service to patients.,

• Team of nurses and healthcare assistants supporting and delivering mental health, chronic disease and treatment room services.


• Friendly team of 4 Partners, meaning support is always available.


• Long established training practice, providing opportunities for career development.


• Established pharmacist team supporting medication reviews, chronic disease and clinical correspondence.


• Large multi-disciplinary team including Social Prescribers Link Workers and Safeguarding specialists.
  
  One of the current GP Partners at Lakeside Healthcare Headlands Surgery is moving to a full-time role as our Medical Director which means we are now looking for a new member to join our Partners at Headlands., Kettering is in a popular market town in Northamptonshire with excellent travel connections and Headlands looks after around 10,000 patients from the town and its surrounding villages.


Headlands is part of Lakeside Healthcare, which is a large GP partnership, of around 60 partners across eight practices. This scale allows us to be locally led by our local GP partners whilst having the operational support of a central team as well as resilience and financial stability.
