Gas Engineer / Plumber

We are looking for a independent, self employed domestic gas engineer / plumber to complete a wide rage of work at our managed properties including call outs and certificates. Work would be based in the Cardiff area. You'd be required to collect keys from us, arrange attendance times with our tenants and provide invoices for completed jobs. We'll be on hand to provide support with this where needed!

We would be able to offer between 2-4 days a week of work, so the role would be suited to someone who already works on a self employed basis as you will be in control of your own diary management.

Work will typically include diagnosing leaks, replacing shower trays, fitting new enclosures, baths, boiler repairs/replacements and gas safety certificates etc so your own tools and transport will be necessary!
