Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Garment Technologist / Product Developer to join a growing premium streetwear brand. As their growth continues, they are looking for new members to join their team., As a Garment Technologist / Product Developer, you will collaborate closely with Designers and Directors to develop branded products, ensuring they are fit for purpose and meet high standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Working closely with Designers and Directors to develop branded products.

  • Measuring and providing feedback on samples across menswear and accessories.

  • Checking submissions from factories, including lab dips, bulk fabric, and print submissions.

  • Ensuring products adhere to safety standards and testing requirements.

  • Managing the critical path to maintain smooth development and production timelines.

  • Communicating with multiple factories to track production progress.

  • Conducting QC checks on production and providing feedback to factories.

  • Organizing samples, archiving old samples, and managing submission files.

  • Supporting the management of brand returns.

  • Holding fit sessions and providing advice on fit issues.

    Fashion and technical qualification to degree level.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferably, experience in sportswear or technical garment development.

  • Flexibility to travel, including overseas factory visits and warehouse trips.

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and grade rules.

  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to tasks.
