Full Job Description

  • Assist the kitchen supervisor with food preparation before and during service periods

  • With the Kitchen Supervisor order all kitchen and stock for resale supplies from approved suppliers.

  • Maintaining upkeep of all kitchen HACCP records at all times and to the required standard.

  • Preparing, cooking and serving meals delivering high quality customer service.

  • Striving to develop and improve the customer experience offering.

  • Ensuring the service in the café is maintained to a high standard

  • Maintaining the food hygiene standards, upkeep and tidiness of the kitchen, retail and restaurant areas in accordance with Welsh Water Food safety procedures.

  • Undertaking any other duties as required by the Catering Manager to meet the needs of the business.

    We are looking for candidates who are positive, friendly, can work under their own initiative, and are passionate to work with the general public!

  • Full training will be provided for this role, however if you have any experience of working in the food service or retail industry that would be beneficial


  • Good to know

  • A satisfactory DBS check will be required prior to start date for all successful applicants.

  • Variety of shift patterns available, although candidates will need to be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
