Full Job Description

Finance Administrator

Industry: Charity

Location: Wroxall, Isle of Wight

Hours: 24 hours per week, 9am - 4.30pm 3 days, 9am - 1 pm one day.

Days: 3.5 days per week (Monday - Friday)

Duration: temporary ongoing, with an immediate start.

Duties:

Cash handling and reconciliation,
Data entry,
Sorting and scanning of documentation,
Processing invoices,
Liaison with suppliers via email and telephone.

Experience:

Must have previous administrative experience including processing financial information and invoices.
Must have a good level of computer literacy in MS Office.
Must have a good level of numeracy and accuracy with attention to detail.

Salary: £12.50 per hour worked
