Full Job Description

2. MFS Implementation: Leading all phases of MFS implementation projects, from requirement gathering and solution design to system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
3. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for MFS system implementation in warehouse automation projects.
4. Solution Design: Design and configure the MFS system leveraging standard capabilities + available design components to integrate and control various automation components, including AGVs, Conveyor Systems, Palletizers, Wrappers, Printers, and other relevant equipment, ensuring seamless material flow and optimal warehouse operation. Enhancement of existing telegrams and development of new telegrams
5. Integration with Automation Equipment: Implement interfaces and integration scenarios between SAP MFS and warehouse automation components, in-coordination with other involved stakeholders, K engg team, Siemens, smart factory etc
6. Define and configure communication protocols, message formats, and data exchange mechanisms for Real Time control and monitoring of automation equipment.
7. Warehouse Process Optimization: Collaborate with the project team and warehouse operations to optimize material flow processes, layout design, and automation control strategies, considering factors such as throughput, efficiency, safety, and scalability.
8. Testing and Commissioning: Plan and execute comprehensive testing activities for MFS and automation integration, including unit testing, integration testing, and site acceptance testing. Coordinate with equipment vendors for system integration and commissioning activities.
9. Documentation: Prepare system documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, process flowcharts, and user manuals related to MFS and automation integration.
10. Issue Resolution and Support: Identify and resolve system issues, defects, or configuration gaps during the testing phase and provide post-go-live support for MFS and automation components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and ensure operational stability.
11. Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project team members, equipment vendors, and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of MFS and automation components.
