This role is working alongside the existing employment team to make a difference in people's lives. The successful candidate will be led by the service users employment aspirations and will consider their strengths, difficulties and experience so that they can offer the most effective and holistic support to help them achieve their goals. We want an enthusiastic, driven and empathetic adviser to apply for our role; and although experience is always useful, the enthusiasm to learn, help and support both clients and colleagues is essential.
