Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Drupal Developer to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves developing and maintaining customized Drupal solutions that integrate seamlessly with our suite of educational tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, a passion for technology in education, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.,

  • Develop, test, and deploy custom Drupal modules and themes.

  • Maintain and enhance existing Drupal websites by adding new features and fixing bugs.

  • Work closely with the product development team to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Ensure high-performance and availability of School Jotter's Drupal platforms.

  • Implement security and data protection best practices.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

  • Stay abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.

    Proven experience as a Drupal developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.

  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.

  • Experience with custom module development, configuration, administration, and performance tuning in Drupal.

  • Understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment, as well as different cross-browser compatibility issues.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Drupal 8/9.

  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

  • Knowledge of website architecture and aesthetics.

  • Previous experience in the education technology sector.
