Full Job Description

We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operations within the organization., Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end-users
- Provide IT support and resolve technical problems
- Assist with help desk inquiries and escalate issues as needed
- Configure and maintain firewalls, servers, and network equipment
- Manage TCP/IP networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Support Windows operating systems
- Maintain DNS records and ensure proper domain resolution
- Utilize Jira and ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Experience in IT support and help desk operations
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and security protocols
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Ability to support Mac OS platforms
- Knowledge of DNS management and domain configurations
- Experience with Jira for task management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident reporting and tracking
