As an Agency we have reached the stage where we are recognized by our creative work in the ethnic market space and we would like to continue this journey of creating culturally rich marketing communications; and raising the standards and quality of work in the ethnic markets. To join our team, we are looking for a Graphic Designer who is experienced in the field of delivering 360-degree marketing campaigns.

This role is very important, and it sits within the Creative Department of the company which is responsible for creating 360-degree campaigns for more than 50 national and international brands. The role will prove to be challenging, exciting, and rewarding for the candidate who has a passion for creativity, is a team player, and is not scared of taking initiatives.

Your role will extend across a variety of channels, a multitude of communities and a vast array of clients from various sectors.

As a Designer, you'll be working across a range of clients from the public and private sector. Your role would entail conceptualizing and developing ideas that can translate into a fully integrated campaign, turning your design ideas to everything from TV, print, outdoor, blogs and websites.

You would need to show evidence of the following:

• Confidence, enthusiasm and

work

• Understanding of ethnic communities in

the UK.,
• Must be trained in design/fine arts


• Some design experience, preferably in an

agency or creative studio

• Must have exceptional skills in Adobe

Creative Suite software
applications such as In-design/ Illustrator
/ Photoshop / Dreamweaver

• Must design to provoke and inspire and

set the bar high - to lead, not follow

• Must have the ability to interpret and

decode the brief

• Can think independently and is confident

in offering up solutions to complex client
requirements

• Must be resourceful and imaginative


• Digital design experience is preferred
