Delivery Driver / warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely manner

- Load and unload goods from the vehicle

- Plan delivery routes and follow schedules

- Communicate with customers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries

-Communicate with the office and night team

- Collect payments from customers, if required

- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain delivery logs

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure

- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

- Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks

- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards

- Familiarity with local and national roads and routes

- Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines

- Ability to handle heavy lifting, as some packages may be large or heavy

- Basic warehouse knowledge is a plus
