Full Job Description

As a Customer Verification Advisor, you will play a key part in the verification process of our global customer base.

We are looking for bright, inquisitive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in reviewing customer's registration details and verifying documents in line with company processes.

The twilight shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with 7 days off. A typical shift - Monday to Friday will start at 14.30 and finish at 02.00 and Saturday to Sunday will start at 14:45 and finish at 02.00. Successful applicants should be available to work any 5 days from 7 between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 to complete their training.,

  • Verifying identification documents provided by our customers. Reviewing customers' registration details. Using internal/external sources to verify our customers. Assisting other departments with verification queries. Ensuring compliance with our Company verification processes.

    Excellent attention to detail. Good investigative skills. Ability to learn. Ability to work to high standards when under pressure. Ability to prioritise tasks. Effective communicator at all levels.

  • This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.
