Full Job Description
- Promote the Medfx House of Brands supporting existing and new customers, specifically VIP customers.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls, process emails and orders ensuring a speedy, efficient, and quality service at all times.
- Deal with customer queries/enquiries, maintain records using CRM.
- On-board new customers and develop new business with existing customers through outbound calls and account management.
- Ability to adapt to the business needs with a positive "can do" attitude and a willingness to grasp opportunities.
- Maximise each sales opportunity and increase customer order value by offering additional products and serviced that Medfx offer.
- To achieve any targets set on new product initiatives, special offers, product launches and house preferred brands by increasing sales.
- Promote a positive and professional attitude in all work activities, work within the company as a team member and not limit work to any discipline or function.
- Adhere to rules and regulations of the company as outlined in the company handbook.
- To carry out fully and instruction given by Team Leader or Head of Customer Operations and undertake all administrative tasks in connection to the department.
- Work towards and achieve sales team targets and KPIs, looking for trends and patterns in customer purchases and target with new pricing, offers and all brands.
