Full Job Description

This role is to provide reception / customer support to our Serviced Office Clients.
The role is client facing and is full time onsite.
The centre Benefits from an onsite Café and a full-service Gym.
Gym Membership will be provided as part of the remuneration package.
We are a close- knit team and are looking to add an enthusiastic individual to our ranks.

  • Detailed Job Specifications
  • Greet all visitors to the centre courteous, friendly manner.

  • Answer all telephone calls within 3 rings using relevant script.

  • Provide beverages and catering / services to customers in meeting rooms to the given standards

  • Keep all service areas clean, tidy, and well stocked and make sure they meet the quality standards.

  • Carry out any customer service requirement promptly and efficiently.

  • - Secretarial
    - Administration
  • Ensure that all incoming / outgoing post is sorted promptly and accurately, and the customer is informed of all arrival.

  • Record all duties carried out for customers and recharge on billing system.


  • Deal with customer requests and enquiries and/or ensure the business manager is aware of them where necessary.

  • Manage the Meeting room diary and take payment if required.

  • Liaise with contractors/vendors on site informing manager immediately if there is a problem.

  • Sets up of show offices/meeting rooms and tenant areas to the quality standard.
