Full Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Rhinox Group Ltd you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experience. You will interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Customer Communication:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services and address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.


  • Problem Resolution:
  • Identifying and taking ownership of problems, concerns, or issues with a customer and

  • working with the customer to mitigate or resolve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.


  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.

  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.

  • Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.


  • Documentation:
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in BC.

  • Prepare and maintain reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.


  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

  • Excellent customer service relationship skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong empathy and ability to understand the customer.

  • Team player, great work ethic and ability to work in a high-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Highly organised and pays attention to detail.

  • Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
