Customer Support: As a Customer Support Officer, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to customers, both over the phone and via email. You will handle a wide range of enquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information in a timely manner. You will also proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.

Data Entry: You will be responsible for accurately entering customer data into the company's CRM system. This will involve inputting customer details, updating records, and ensuring all information is kept up to date. Attention to detail and excellent data entry skills are essential for this aspect of the role.

Problem Solving: As a Customer Support Officer, you will be required to identify and solve customer problems effectively and efficiently. This may involve liaising with other departments or colleagues to find the best resolution for the customer. A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.

Product Knowledge: You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services in order to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. This will involve ongoing training and keeping up to date with product developments.

Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers is crucial in this role. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will need to establish rapport, trust, and loyalty.
