Manage and supervise the customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues or requests
- Train, coach, and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing feedback and recognition as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences., Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
- Experience supervising a team of customer service representatives
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure,
