Full Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Assurance Assistant to work within our Customer Experience Team for a period of up to 9 months. This role is key in providing a high level of quality support which includes the monitoring and accurate recording of complaints and other customer contact, providing feedback and guidance where necessary and contributing towards a positive customer experience.

In addition, the successful candidate will also carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functionality of the wider Customer Experience team, including the maintenance and security of information, providing accurate statistical information for inclusion in management and committee reporting, whilst carrying out any other duties consistent with the level and responsibilities of the post.,

  • Can monitor customer contact responses to ensure that an accurate record of communication between PCH and the customer is available, targets are met, and where needed highlight areas of improvement.

    Is able to carry out complaint satisfaction surveys to contribute to a positive customer experience of raising a complaint, providing feedback which contributes to service delivery improvements.

  • Can demonstrate experience in an office environment and have strong computer literacy skills.

  • Is organised with high attention to detail.
