Full Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites

  • Coordinate workforce, subcontractors, and delivery schedules

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets

  • Conduct site inspections and monitor safety compliance

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients

  • Train and mentor junior staff members

    Proven experience supervising construction teams and job sites

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

  • CSCS card

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints

  • Valid driving license and reliable transportation

  • Professional tool kit including basic hand tools

  • Local to the Abergavenny region

  • Prior supervisory experience in the construction industry
