Our Collections Support Advisors are key to working with our business customers to minimise debt exposure. You will be supporting our operations teams to secure payment on accounts, ensuring they follow treatment paths and follow debt recovery processes.
You will need to actively listen and care about our customers, offering them credit management and debt recovery advice. You'll achieve this by demonstrating fantastic customer service expertise, such as empathy and communication, using the information d with you to support your customers to make informed decisions.

Experience working in customer services is beneficial but what's more important to us is that you've got natural empathy and excellent listening skills. You'll want to make a difference, you'll want to resolve issues, and you'll want to exceed expectations.
It's likely you'll enjoy taking ownership of things - you love getting the job done! You're proactive, organised, and adaptable - a self starter and a great team player.
