Full Job Description

  • Making & taking calls to & from customers to establish reasons for non-payment

  • Offering payment solutions to customers in order to restore non-paying customers to good book

  • Negotiate agreeable repayment terms in accordance with FCA principals of TCF

  • Quickly identify vulnerable individuals and escalate these cases with our special support team

  • Quickly identifying cases that require escalation to our Insolvencies team where appropriate

    This is a rapidly moving, hectic & multi-tasking environment, where you need to be able to handle high volume calls

    • corresponding with customers in a fast paced and efficient manner. You will need to be solutions driven and have
    a competitive instinct, resilience in the face of pressure with a "whistle while you work" mentality.
  • A confident communicator with strong verbal communication skills

  • Persuasive, persistent and self-motivated

  • Understanding of lease and asset finance

  • Knowledge of Consumer Credit Act and other regulatory requirements

  • AML /KYC requirements

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to negotiate the best outcome and make decisions

  • Ability to identify build and maintain strong relationships and communicate with key interfaces


    • Note: This is a full time role (5 days) in which the team require an individual to cover Saturday shifts from 9-5pm bi-monthly and also 11-7pm shifts in the weekday (only expected 1-2 times in a week). Hours will be standard outside of this.
