What You'll be doing:

As the Cloud Security Architect, collaborate with key stakeholders across EDF UK, negotiating, reaching consensus, and effectively communicating security guidance and recommendations.

Contribute to Enterprise IT's commitment to providing a quality service by working with the business and the Enterprise Security Architect to develop security requirements, patterns, and roadmaps, assuring their seamless implementation.

Who You Are

You will be the guardian of security architecture for our AWS cloud, driving improvements in security, compliance, and cost reduction while enhancing user experience and advancing business goals.

  • Proven experience in security architecture, encompassing on-premises and cloud with a focus on DevOps security.

  • Expertise in designing, evaluating, and selecting technical solutions for large, complex programs.

  • Familiarity with collaborating with third parties, such as solutions vendors, outsourced partners, and research collaborators.

  • Experience in working with IT security operations, compliance, risk, and governance practices.

  • The ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance is a requirement for this role.
