Clinical Sport and Remedial / Soft Tissue Therapist

We're looking for a professional and experienced Sports / Soft Tissue Therapist for a position within our established Physiotherapy clinic in the friendly town of Marple. This would be on a self-employed commission basis in the first instance.

You will be responsible for

• assessing and treating patients with occasionally complex conditions; improving their lifestyle and well-being through pain reduction, enabling improved movement, reducing the risk of further injury and speeding recovery.


• working within a team environment as required to best provide the patient's treatment.


• researching the most efficient way of resolving complex postural and medical conditions in order to give the best treatment for patients.


• supporting patients with high levels of pain and movement dysfunctions, taking into account any underlying issues such as stress.


• being diligent recognising contraindications to prevent any harm to patients, and refer on to relevant medical practitioners.
  
  Up to £27 an hour - Part-time, Zero hours contract
