Claims Assessor

As a Claims Assessor, you'll be a key player in assessing the merits of Property and Employment related claims. You'll work closely with our Claims Team to understand legal expenses insurance policies and provide top-notch customer service to policyholders and clients.

We're seeking a candidate with legal knowledge regarding employment law and general principles related to Employment Tribunal claims.

Ideally, you'll have experience in HR and/or Employment Tribunal related claims.

We value professionalism, great customer service, and independent thinking. The successful candidate will have excellent writing and presentation skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple deadlines.
