In this key leadership role, you will shape our client's financial strategy and operations to support significant upcoming investments and a management buyout. Why This Role?
The company operates a fully flexible model; there are no set hours, just the expectation that you will deliver what is needed for the company, which will be agreed upon at the outset. This means colleagues can be there for school runs and personal commitments and take the time to blend personal and work priorities. Ideally, this role will be based over 5 days for maximum visibility, but other working patterns are offered too!
As a key leader, you will need to be visible, but not 9-5 in an office. You'll ideally be based in the North East of England, so you can come into our office when needed.
