Car Rental Customer Service agent-Driver

If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and great driving standards, we are looking for you to assist with customer service operations. Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with our clients and provide them with outstanding customer service at all times ans make every customer experience special. The successful candidates will take our customers to the Airport terminals and collect them from Airport terminals.,

• Answer all customer queries.


• Interact with customers.


• Be available during scheduled hours.


• Deal with difficult customers.


• Greet all customers with a big smile and positive attitude.


• Occasional helping preparing vehicles to support other departments.


• Inspecting vehicles condition and provide final invoice.


• Provide professional advice to customers according to the company guidlines.
