Full Job Description
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a skilled and innovative business analyst to join the Diverse Academies Trust, to be responsible for turning complex data sets into meaningful insights that drive decision making.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide effective analysis of data to support educational and business decisions
- Present information in an easy to understand manner, through story telling to various levels of people ranging from academy leadership teams to the executive team
- Understand organisational performance, and use information to better monitor the performance
- Understand how to extract data from a variety of sources and able to identify key relevant data assets
- Challenge current ways of using information to drive better performance
Degree level or equivalent in data management, information management, mathematics or statistics - A firm understanding of data storage solutions such as MySQL, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to present information at different levels to different audiences
- Have an understanding and experience around working programmatically with data through Python, R, etc.
