Full Job Description

What the candidate will be doing on a day-to-day basis

Working in the Customer Experience team providing essential business admin support to the Training Team, Development Officers, Contact Centre, Information Centres and the Management Team.

The role will involve maintaining accurate records of meetings, ordering and receipting goods, updating spreadsheets, auditing training materials, assisting with training delivery and getting new starters set up with accounts on various systems.

It will also include the use of spreadsheets, analysing and presenting data in relation to service performance, liaising with team members and colleagues from other services

Background on department

The Customer Experience team is passionate about delivering the BEST service to customers. We aim to resolve enquiries at first point of contact, engage with customers for successful outcomes, connect people with what they need and help customers to help themselves. We achieve this via a network of 6 offices which customers can visit for face-to-face interactions and a contact centre which is the first point of telephone contact for the Council.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who loves helping others and wants to learn and expand their knowledge and skills through hands-on experience.

Maths and English GCSE (or Equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above
