Full Job Description

As a brand and social media assistant for Dressmezee.com you will have several jobs to complete to help the function of the department. Your role will heavily involve social media and marketing campaigns to increase online presence and brand awareness. This role is designed for individuals passionate about social media, content creation and engagement.

Tasks Overall.

  • Platform Management of the social media channels, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube) including weekends.

  • Monitoring social media trends and emerging platforms.

  • Creating fresh ideas to grow the company's presence, reach and engagement on social media platforms.

  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of the social content and create a weekly report.

  • Come up with ways to improve the performance of organic social media content based on the weekly report.

  • Write engaging caption to help drive conversions, based on brand tone of voice and content.

  • Assist and work with the marketing team on current and upcoming campaigns.

  • Studio, office-based content creation and occasionally may be required on location.

    You should be educated to degree or college level in a marketing qualification, a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar position is required. Experience in the Fashion industry is preferred., Social media savvy - abundance of knowledge and experience in social media.

  • Required to do posts during the weekend if it cannot be scheduled.

  • Ability to think creatively and produce fresh and trending social media content to boost engagement.

  • Video and photo editing skills are essential

  • A good eye for detail and visual merchandising.

  • A self-driven and ambitious individual who always looks for ways to improve the social media strategy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and plan ahead.

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Willing to help out wherever needed.

  • An interest in fashion would be beneficial., Branding: 1 year (preferred)

  • Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
