Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for a Billing and Payment Assistant to help us support our customer facing teams to deliver the best outcome for our customers.

This role is based at our Willerby office, onsite 5days a week.

Here's why you'll love this role…

• Support our customer facing teams with billing and payment enquiries to deliver accurate outcomes



• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures



• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data



• Verify discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues, and facilitate payment of invoices
  
  You will have experience working within an accounts role



• You will have excellent communication skills



• Be organised and have good time management



• Be confident in dealing with customers enquiries
