Full Job Description

To assist the operations director of multiple companies in achieving tasks. This job is very diverse and perfect for anyone looking for experience or looking to gain knowledge about the execution of running business efficiently to a high standard.

Our office is based in Knutsford and our companies currently employ 30 people with varying jobs such as telesales, field sales and account management. This role is niche to the operations director and therefore there is an element of responsibility that comes with that. As this is a varied role, there are some days that are very busy and tasks are to be executed quickly, some days are slower at which point, initiative is needed in order to make sure all tasks are completed.

One of the businesses is online and therefore some digital marketing knowledge is valuable with content creation and video editing. We are also moving into the property sector and therefore an enthusiasm to learn on the job is vital.

This jobs tasks vary everyday depending on what is happening in each of the business and so a highly organised, methodically minded, confident speaker is a must. It is a supportive role, not one that currently exists within our business; therefore, flexibility is also key.

Duties

Assist in the implementation of daily operations of the businesses.

Assist in executing tasks for the CEO of the companies.

To react quickly to tasks given.

To update daily spreadsheets and management accounts.

To make personal appointments for the CEO and the operations director.

To run errands.

To understand the different relationships with our many contacts.

To be able to support the operations director with emails received and respond to them if needed.

To support the CEO if the operations director is away.

To chase items that we have asked for all different contacts.

To keep social medias updated for the online shop., Training will be provided as the job role is niche to our companies and you will work one on one with the operations director.

To be organised so that no tasks are forgotten or executed poorly.

Ability to use initiative and forward think so that tasks are completed quickly and on time.

Attention to detail is essential.

Willing to accept responsibility and manage own workload.

Have a positive attitude and able to work using own initiative.

We require a basic knowledge of Office 365.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year

Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8.00 - 16.00 with an expectation of getting tasks finished to a high standard.
