  • Alongside SLT, lead monitoring processes across the school to maximise pupil outcomes. This will include observations, learning walks, work analysis, pupil interviews, moderation and data analysis;

  • Lead and co-ordinate the daily activities of the EYFS classes and support school leadership in the drive for improvement in line with school priorities;

  • Lead on behaviour across Nursery and Reception liaising with pupils, parents and staff as well as external agencies as appropriate;

  • Undertake the role and responsibilities of 'appraiser', leading the professional development of staff;

  • Be an integral part of the senior leadership team who is committed to achieving the school's vision.

  • We are able to offer you:

  • The opportunity to join a positive, supportive and forward-thinking team;

  • Outstanding professional development opportunities led by our dynamic senior leadership team in partnership with the Trust;

  • Excellent bespoke career development with the opportunity to shape the school's future;

  • Enthusiastic, polite and well-mannered pupils;
