Full Job Description
Based in Exeter we are one of the leading digital development agencies in the South West and working with international and local clients, there's never a dull day. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team environment. You will work closely with Designers and Marketing Managers to ensure all artwork meets deadlines and branding guidelines., Experienced Artworker: You will be working under a Marketing Manager on a broad range of exciting projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
Marketing:
- Understanding client requirements
- Preparing visuals for email and SMS marketing campaigns using an in-built CRM system
- Proof-reading all artwork both internal/external work
- Edit and manipulate images using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, optimising for web and email delivery
- Assist with basic HTML coding for email marketing campaigns (desirable)
- Occasionally preparing visuals for print and digital media, including simple site plans, floor plans, social media graphics and flyers
- Edit and manipulate images using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In-Design, optimising for print delivery
- Proof-reading all artwork for accuracy before sending to print or publishing online
- Communicate effectively with Designers and Marketing Managers
- Collaborate with designers to interpret design concepts and translate them into production-ready artwork
- Work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of organisation
Excellent eye for design and a strong sense of aesthetics - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
- Experience with email and/or SMS marketing platforms
- A basic understanding of HTML (desirable but not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- A positive and can-do attitude
3-4 days a week, Tuesday - Thursday (negotiable hours and start/end times) - Competitive hourly rate (c.£12-13p/h based on experience)
