AI / ML Lead Engineer

As the Machine Learning Lead, you will be responsible for heading our machine learning initiatives, focusing on enhancing our auditing capabilities through advanced algorithms and models. You will play a pivotal role in developing our RAG - LLM pipeline to optimize the audit process, as well as designing and maintaining a classifier to assess the validity of signatures. This position offers the freedom to choose the technology stack that best fits our needs, although Python is expected to be the primary language given its robust ecosystem in the machine learning community.,

• Lead the development and enhancement of the RAG - LLM pipeline for audits, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.


• Design, build, and maintain a machine learning classifier for determining the validity of signatures with high precision and recall, ensuring a low false positive rate.


• Collaborate closely with the DevOps engineer to deploy machine learning models at scale, ensuring seamless integration and operational stability.


• Explore and implement the latest machine learning techniques and frameworks to continuously improve our processes and offerings.


• Choose and manage the technology stack for machine learning projects, ensuring the best tools are used for each task.


• Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning within the company, providing insights and guidance to other teams and stakeholders.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in machine learning to keep our solutions at the forefront of the field.
  
  Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with a strong focus on machine learning.


• Proven experience in leading machine learning projects from conception to deployment, particularly in the context of NLP and classification algorithms.


• Expertise in Python and familiarity with its machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).


• Experience with deploying machine learning models at scale, including knowledge of containerization and cloud services - nice to have


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside DevOps engineers and other team members.


• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
