Full Job Description
- At least 2 years' experience in a 2nd line Support role
- Some Experience in 3rd Line Support
- Experience of hardware support for desktops, printers, laptops, networking etc.
- Experience of application support with Office365, Windows 10/11.
- Experience of Wireless, Switches Virtual Servers, VPNs etc
- Good attitude and ability to take ownership of work.
- Excellent communication and good customer support experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Monday- Friday
- Laptop / Desktop builds.
- Microsoft Office365
- Experience with networking.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full clean Driving License.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Active Directory
- Experience in 3rd Line Support

Due to recent expansion, we are recruiting for a 2nd Line support Engineer in delivery of IT Services and support across our 3 manufacturing sites and 15 depots.
The position is based out of our Chelmsford office and will require occasional travel to all our sites
