Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly. This role requires a strong background in software troubleshooting, IT support, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties:

· Ownership of support in a multi-client, multi project environment

· Enforcement of procedures and best practices

· Assisting with project work

· Technical management of the clients' infrastructure

· Operational overview of support activity including recurrent tasks (backups etc.)

· Make pro-active recommendations to improve service delivery and systems reliability.

· Appreciation of ITIL Service Management Disciplines, i.e., Incident, Problem and Change Request Management

· At least 2 years' experience in an IT Role or 1 years' experience in an MSP.

· Microsoft certifications, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

· Knowledge on Microsoft Servers and Hyper-V

· Knowledge on Networks

· Good understanding of Backup/Disaster Recovery Products

· Experience on Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint

· Experience of Microsoft EMS 365 technologies: Azure Active Directory, Intune, Information Protection

· Driving license

Ideal but not essential:

· ITIL Foundation
